👍 Fab because it’s easy and simple to use, great customer service, clear instructions make navigation easy and clear, it’s easy to insert data - date, time, signatures.
<aside> 💫 SaaSy favourite - we fell in love with it when it was still HelloSign. Easy as to use, especially for the ad hoc document that can be drafted in Word and sent off for e-signature.

👍 Fab because you can easily send docs and forms to groups of people, tracking showing who responded and who hasn't, templates are easy to edit, excellent security.
🔽 It’s not so great as the interface can be overwhelming (typical Adobe), many features require an Enterprise subscription (typical Adobe).
