👍 Fab because it’s pretty easy to configure, set up and use.

<aside> 💫 SaaSy favourite as it offers a custom portal to be built on top of the helpdesk as a tailored landing page - helps tailor this to a non-IT audience really nicely and quite easily.

👍 Fab because it’s user-friendly, simple and quick.
