<aside> 💡 Top Tip: Alternatives such as Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Notion and so on - they all offer CRM functionality and templates (usually on the free plans) which are particularly useful for smaller businesses who don’t need complex pipeline management and the like. Have a look at the project management section here for those.

Dex is our favourite by far, followed by these alternatives.

Dex💫📢

🤔 What is it? A personal CRM that reminds you to keep in touch with the people you would otherwise forget, a lightweight CRM that’s easy to stick with.

👍 Fab because it’s so easy to set up, so easy to use, and it’s excellent for LinkedIn-heavy users. Can’t rave about it enough, really.

<aside> 💫 SaaSy favourite because the ease of use can’t be emphasised enough, we LOVE it (and use it heavily ourselves).

🔽 It’s not so great as it’s not as comprehensive as other CRMs (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing).

💳 Pricing options:

$12 per month (paid annually) or $20 per month (paid monthly) with 7 day free trial

HubSpot💫

🤔 What is it? An integrated platform for customer relations management, email marketing, sales, and content management.

👍 Fab because it’s modern, neat, intuitive and user-friendly (both on desktop and app).

💫 SaaSy favourite because freelancers and businesses can do so much on the free plan without needing to spend a penny for years.

🔽 It’s not so great at it can be really complex because it offers so much. It’s pretty over-engineered for small companies, can be counterproductive because of this.
